Administered through Sun Life Financial on behalf of the Government of Canada, the plan covers a wide range of dental services.
Eligible Canadians can access preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care at no cost or reduced cost depending on household income.

Co-pays depend on your household income. Families earning under $70,000 pay no co-pay; those between $70,000–$90,000 pay 40%. We'll confirm your coverage before treatment.
How do I sign up for CDCP?
Apply through Service Canada online or by calling 1-833-537-4342. Once approved, you'll receive a member card in the mail.
