Cornerbrook Smiles Dental was founded on a simple idea: that great dentistry starts with a great relationship between patient and dentist. We earn that relationship through honest advice, clear explanations, and care that's tailored to you — not to a quota.
Our team brings decades of combined experience across preventive, cosmetic, restorative, surgical, and pediatric dentistry. We invest in modern diagnostics and gentle techniques so we can spend less time fixing problems and more time preventing them.

Dr. Kevin R. Kalin
DDS — Surgical & Implant Dentistry
Dr. Kalin earned his DDS from the University of Alberta School of Dentistry in 2018 and went on to complete a 2.5-year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Harvard / Massachusetts General Hospital. He focuses on surgical procedures including wisdom-teeth extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement.
Outside the clinic: Hockey, biking, tennis, basketball, and hiking.

Dr. Mivea Matta
General Dentist
Practicing dentistry since 2012 after graduating in Hyderabad, India, Dr. Matta has worked across both private and public practice before relocating to Calgary. She is passionate about patient-centered care and building long-term relationships with her patients.
Outside the clinic: Hiking, swimming, camping, and painting.

Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal
General Dentist
Dr. Dhaliwal earned her BDS from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in Punjab, moved to Canada in 2015, and is certified by the National Dental Examination Board. She is registered with the Alberta Dental Association and is known for warm, personalized care.
Outside the clinic: Reading and travelling — and being mom to two wonderful kids.

Dr. Neelam Naz
General Dentist
Dr. Naz received her BDS from the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan in 2014 and completed the NDEB equivalency to become a licensed general dentist in Canada. A member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, she focuses on family dentistry with a patient-centered approach. She speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
